RFP Instructions


The purpose of this document is two-fold:

  • It gives detailed instructions to suppliers about the RFP Process (timeline, location, etc.)
  • It allows suppliers to develop a comprehensive bid proposal

The instructions need to be developed after a draft of the selection criteria has been established as to include key questions that suppliers will answer that are relevant to the supplier selection process.
