Peter Prischl    General Manager & Founder

As Managing Director of Reality Consult since its founding in 1996, Peter has built up the business recognized in Europe as a leading expert on Real Estate and Facility Management. Over the past 10 years, Reality Consult has successfully completed more than 400 consulting projects with more than 150 customers under his supervision and guidance. Peter is exceptionally proud of the best-in-class project success rate of above 99%.

As a widely recognized visionary thinker Peter is a regular speaker at the leading Real Estate and Facilities management conferences and a lecturer at the most prestigious universities in the industry such as EIPOS Dresden or IREBS Regensburg (both Germany) or Danube University (Austria). Furthermore, Peter has been accepted in Peter Drucker society, an association of leading management thinkers. Furthermore Peter is constantly publishing articles in industry journals and magazines and is a contributor to the standard book for IT systems in facility management in the German speaking FM world.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career with Reality Consult Peter held various top management positions in Austria, Sweden and Germany , last as CEO of electronics group with subsidiaries in all Eastern European countries.

Peter holds an MBA, International Business Management (Vienna School of Economics) as well as having completed the Advanced Management Program, IFL of Stockholm School of Economics.

Georg Stadlhofer    Head of Consulting

Georg is Head of Consulting at Reality Consult. Besides heading the Frankfurt consulting team, he leads facility management projects in his area of professional expertise: organizational development, operational excellence, outsourcing and real estate finance and financial engineering.

Georg has five years of experience in facilities management consultancy as senior consultant, project manager and program manager for various industrial corporations as Novartis, Hexal and Sandoz in Germany and Austria, OMV Petrom in Romania and other major Austrian industry leaders such as OMV, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ISS, LKW Walter, Conwert, Wiener Linien and others.

Prior to his consulting career Georg was Facility Manager and Global Category Manager Infrastructure & Facilities Management at Sandoz (Novartis).

Georg holds an M.Eng. Facility Management, FH Kufstein (AT) and Hogeschool Zyud (NL) and an MSc Real Estate Investment and Finance, University of Reading, (UK). He is also a Certified Project Manager (IPMA).
